Your initial agreement is only for 12 months. You are then free to cancel at any time, but most clients choose to stay with us after the first year.

Yes – INFINITY entitles you to a fully maintained printer with unlimited ink cartridges for the duration of the contract. Subject to our fair usage policy, which is defined by the monthly duty cycle limits of the printer.

Yes, we have a fair usage policy, which is only in place to prevent damage to the equipment. There is a limit of 1,000 pages per month (2 reams of copy paper) for each individual printer. This is the monthly duty cycle rating for these printers; anything more will simply break the machine.

If ordered before 3pm on a working day, they will be posted that same day and should be with you within 2 working days.

We use the latest home rated wireless multi-function inkjet printers from the leading manufactures, which are ‘fit for purpose’ for family use. You can see the latest one here.

Although the multi-function printers we provide are very easy to install. Yes, this can be arranged and will cost £48 for each hour required (travelling time to be included).

A massive benefit of INFINITY is that if your printer breaks down, we will repair it or replace it for free. Providing you with certainty of guaranteed support.

You can have as many printers and agreements as you like and need. Most families only need one. But others want a device for each of their children, so they can place them in their bedrooms and use them for their own individual needs.

What if i am not benefiting because i am not using as much ink as i thought?2018-08-15T14:51:52+00:00

Once you have completed your initial 12 month agreement, if you feel you are not benefiting from the service, call us and we will review your account to find the best solution for you.
